 Okay , Except for the Deadspot August 10, 2010

This product functions okay, except for the deadspot with the mouse which will irritate you on 1st person shooter games (Deadspot means that the mouse does not pickup slight movements, like when you are trying to make an accurate shot. The FragFX wired controller works the best but doesnt hold up well, i have been through 2 units so far and decided to try this.

I bought this as my last hope for playing FPS on PS3. The reviews are good as it beats with no problem its competitors.
I use this mouse with Medal of Honor - Pacific... it sucks, the aiming is imposible. The mouse is just not responsive at all...
At first I supposed it was my problem, so I upgraded its FW to the newest version, I tried several mouse pad surfaces... but nothing. It just sucks!!!
I don't recommend this product at all.

Sad but true, the incredibly overpriced fragnstein is a total waste of your money. Deadspot + delay + horrible support from Bannco + a huge headache is what your gonna get from this device.

This the closes simulation you can get for pc gameplay and k/d ratio has gone up ever since i started using. I used to have a terrible k/d on MW2 of 0.63 that went up to 1.42 on a matter of 2 weeks. and my BFBC2 ration is around 2.23. Of course the FPS games are not all about accuracy but if you have trouble aiming with dualshock and you were a pc gamer before a console gamer.
Then this product is a must buy for you to move and aim just like you used to.
However the reason is not a perfect product is because it requires a very good gaming mouse pad otherwise it will skip on my cheap foam mousepad. The skipping is very very minimal but noticiable when you are trying to aim a target from far away. Using a plastic like gaming mousepad erased skipping though it costed me $30.
Also you need to update your firmware from their webpage to have this product running at its finest, because the original it came with was terrible. THIS process can be grieving if you are PC clueless.
This product runs on batteries which takes a week or 2 of massive gameplay time before switching, Kinda of wished they could have made them recharagable but not a huge issue.
Finally the glossy finish on my mouse is starting to wear and thats not pretty but the mouse still works like new!

Great product but it does have a negative.The positives are it is very well made compared to the frag fx,the two cant even be compared on quality.Bannco is always updating the firmware for more precision and options.The only bad thing about the fragnstein is it is still lacking a bit in the fine movement and circular movement not bad enough to be a deal breaker but it is worth mentioning.....However this can be solved with the purchase of an XIM adapter from ebay bad thing about the xim is it has to run through a pc and is about the same price as the fragnstein so its pretty pricey to have pc control on a console.Bottom line is the fragnstein is worth the price regardless if you order the xim.
